Established in 1989, Pulaar Speaking Association, Ltd. (P.S.A) is incorporated under 501 (3) section as a nonprofit association. Pulaar speaking association (P.S.A, ltd) follows a simple a simple philosophy to serve voluntarily and to devote to building a strong community that contributes to better society.

The global economy age has generated many challenges and opportunities that pushes P.S.A to respond by building an innovative and an integrated structure gathering many chapters (21 at least) throughout United States of America.

Pulaar Speaking Association, whose members are originally from Fouta Toro, has innovated in many fields such as: Social Services, Education and Culture, Communication and Information, Health, Sports. Our association is striving to be the world’s largest Fulani nonprofit organization that takes care of the social needs of its members.

The Pulaar Speaking has gained a huge experience in delivering outstanding social services to its members. As the association grows, strategies are being deployed with the objective of seeking an integrated outcome for a better society. Furthermore, P.S.A intends having a solid cooperation with Governmental agencies, Non-Governmental agencies, Universities etc. To achieve such a challenging objective, the executive committee is reinforced by specialized commissions which are:
