Through the personality of the founding members of the Pulaar Speaking Association, Ltd. (P.S.A, Ltd) and the ten presidents who succeeded to the head of this distinguished organization, the members of P.S.A have recognized the value of this remarkable heritage in terms of culture, dialogue, civilization and the quality of life of its members.
This is why from July2009, when I was elected the 11th President of the Pulaar Speaking Association, Ltd; I conceived an ambitious project for the development and to safeguard all the acquisitions for the general interest of said Organization.
With a very effective executive office, with skills at the height of power to manage the assets of the association and to promote a productive development, the Pulaar Speaking Association, Ltd, is now broken down into (9) nine Committees:

An excellent place for recollections, the Pulaar Speaking Association, Ltd is not only the executive office or the committees or the historical and monumental testimonials kept the organization, landmarks less visible but as precious such as: the 23 BRANCHES located in the East and West, the North and South of the United States of America are also an integral part of our Association. We understood that these sections of the P.S.A, Ltd, constitute a substantial part the “Culture Funds” and “Social –Economics” of our organization.
As you can see, for the member’s the P.S.A. Ltd, our Association is the place of existing and productive exchanges where our discussions always look to be seen in the acts of solidarity which unite us based upon concrete realization.
Association to another, the President of Pulaar Speaking Association, Ltd, the members of his executive office and the head of the different branches of the P.S.A, Ltd, are proud of their non-profit Organization and want to be the first and the most actors for its defense and its development.
